We, *ladylaguna and *Kr1mz0n, acting in place of =musachan, would like to welcome you, one and all, to ~tak-fans, the first DeviantART group dedicated to Tak and all that is Tak!

Who is TAK?

Tak is a character from the delightfully twisted cartoon show, Invader Zim. From the brilliant mind of Jhonen Vasquez, Tak is an alien bent on revenge and self-worth. She's cunning, devious and has very cool boots. In her possession is a robot, Mimi, who is both a deadly weapon and cute fuzzy animal (from Hell).

Sadly, Invader Zim was a short lived series, and with its demise went Tak. She was in but one episode of the fated television series, but fans agree that it's one of the most entertaining and best episodes of the series. Tak, the Hideous New Girl is available on the third Invader Zim DVD.
